How can I prevent the same customer from completing the verification multiple times?

Please follow the guide below:

• Log in to the dashboard - app.dojah.io

• Navigate to Easyonboard

• Click on Verification Flow

• Click on the affected flow

• Scroll to the Fraud check section on the left menu of the flow

• Toggle off Detect with Duplicate ID

• Click on Apply Changes at the top right section of the flow page

• Close the flow
