The address verification service can be leveraged via either of two methods:

1. Physical address verification

2. Digital address verification

The physical address verification service involves agents visiting the submitted address to verify that the individual or business resides at the provided address.

Details such as house number, street name, landmark, city, state are collected and used to verify the address.

The response time is within 2 - 3 business days for easily accessible locations and can take longer for other locations.

The digital address verification service is leveraged via the Easyonboard widget for customers to select their address for verification, done with a geolocation match with the device being used.

For this method of address verification, the users are required to enable permission to access their location from their device.

It is also advised that the customers are at their residence at the time of undergoing the verification process.

Additional information like utility bills, real-time capture of their residence can also be requested for the verification process.
