How to Activate Your Live Environment (Business Account Verification & SLA Requirements)
To switch from the sandbox (test environment) to the live environment, your company must complete a business account verification process. Once verified, your account will be approved to access real identity verification, AML screening, and fraud monitoring services.
Complete Signing Authority Verification: A company director or authorized signatory must verify their identity and confirm their authority to represent the business. How to complete signing authority verification:
Log in to your Dojah Dashboard
Navigate to Settings
Click Company Verification
Complete the Signing Authority Verification process
Submit any requested identification
Once submitted, the verification status will show as pending review until it is approved.
Who should complete this step?
This verification must be completed by one of the following:
A company director
A legally authorized executive
An authorized signatory listed in company registration documents
Sign the Service Level Agreement (SLA): After completing signing authority verification, Dojah will send a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to your registered email address.
How to complete the SLA requirement:
Check your email for the SLA document sent by Dojah
Carefully review the agreement
Ensure the SLA is signed by:
The same director who completed the signing authority verification
A witness
Fill in the contact details required in Clause 22
Return the signed document as instructed in the email
Your account cannot be activated until the signed SLA is received
3. Wait for Verification Approval: Once both steps are completed:
Dojah’s compliance team reviews your submission.
If everything is in order, your account will be approved for live access
You will receive a confirmation notification when the activation is complete.
