How do I get notified when my wallet balance is low?

If you have a Naira wallet, you will receive a low-balance notification by default.

You can also set a custom balance threshold to receive alerts earlier. This helps you top up your wallet in time and avoid service interruptions.

To set a custom threshold:

• Log in to your dashboard.

• Navigate to Billings from the left-side panel.

• Click on Manage Threshold.

• Enter your preferred balance limit.

• Click Set Limit.

Once set, you’ll receive a notification when your wallet balance reaches the specified amount, allowing you to fund your account before it runs out.
